By accessing or using MindSweep ("Service," "App," "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

MindSweep is a web-based application that provides AI-guided therapeutic writing sessions designed to help users process everyday rumination and overthinking. The Service is intended for mental wellness and personal development purposes.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

4.1 Pricing and Packages

• INDIVIDUAL: £99 for an individual to use 30 guided sessions monthly for an entire year from the date of launch of the platform
• TEAM (5 people): £395 for 5 people to use 30 guided sessions monthly for an entire year from the date of launch of the platform
• WARD (15 people): £990 for 15 people to use 30 guided sessions monthly for an entire year from the date of launch of the platform
• DEPARTMENT (30 people): £1770 for 30 people to use 30 guided sessions monthly for an entire year from the date of launch of the platform

4.2 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Payments are charged immediately upon purchase
• All sales are final - no refunds except as described in Section 5

4.3 Founding Members Pre-Sale (Limited spaces)

• Special offer for pre-launch applies only to first 100 customers (be it individuals or teams) as Founding Members
• Lifetime discount locked in for Founder's Circle members
• Pre-sale pricing ends when 100 spots are filled

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee:

• Request refunds within 30 days of purchase
• Refunds processed to original payment method within 5-10 business days
• Founding members retain status even if refunded

6.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of all content you create during sessions
• Session content is encrypted and stored securely
• We do not read, analyze, or share your session content
• A session will as part of the mental clearing process ask if you wish to delete your session notes, and you may opt to keep them
• You may delete your content and account at any time

6.2 Data Protection

• We use industry-standard encryption for all user data
• Session content is stored using Supabase's encrypted storage
• We collect only essential information needed to provide the Service

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or harmful purposes
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
• Use the Service if you are experiencing a mental health crisis
• Input content that violates others' rights or privacy

8.1 Not Medical Advice

• MindSweep provides educational content and guided exercises only
• Our Service is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Always consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns

8.2 Crisis Situations

If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm or mental health crisis, stop using the Service immediately and contact emergency services or crisis support:

8.3 Limitations

• Individual results may vary
• The Service may not be suitable for everyone
• Discontinue use if you experience increased distress

9.1 Our Content

• MindSweep platform, prompts, and methodology are proprietary
• You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works
• All trademarks and copyrights belong to HYPER G d.o.o.

9.2 License to Use

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service
• This license terminates when your sessions expire or account is closed

• We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice

10.1 Launch Period Adjustments

During the initial 90 days following our launch:

• We may make rapid improvements and adjustments to the Service based on user feedback
• Features, session flows, or user interface elements may be updated more frequently
• We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notifications
• These adjustments are intended to improve user experience and service quality
• Users will retain access to core functionality (guided sessions) throughout any updates

11.1 By You

• You may delete your account at any time
• Unused sessions are forfeited upon account deletion
• We will delete your data within 30 days of account closure

11.2 By Us

• We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• We will provide notice except in cases of serious violations
• Refunds for terminated accounts are at our discretion

You agree to indemnify HYPER G d.o.o. against claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of others' rights

14.1 UK Users

For users located in the United Kingdom, these Terms are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14.2 EU Users

For users located in the European Union, these Terms are governed by English law, except where EU consumer protection laws provide greater protection, in which case those laws will apply. Disputes may be resolved in the courts of England and Wales or the courts of your EU member state.

14.3 All Other Users

For users outside the UK and EU, these Terms are governed by English law, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.4 Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local laws.

• We may update these Terms with 30 days notice
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• Material changes will be highlighted prominently
